Unknown July 6, 2017 at 5:09 PM I usually soak the oats in lemon juice overnight, then add fruit (sliced grapes, strawberries, shredded green apple etc), sliced toasted almonds and or chopped walnuts, and mix in yogurt (non-fat and sugar free)right before eating.
